Measuring Tips & Tricks
Measure in the morning. Swelling is typically at its lowest, giving you the most accurate size.
Stand while measuring, if possible. This allows for more natural body positioning.
Measure against bare skin — avoid taking measurements over clothing.
Keep the tape snug but not tight. It should lie flat and not compress the skin.
